Allegiance Multi-Family Office & Trustees is a truly independent company, licensed in the provision of professional services. It represents the transformation of a single family office that was originally founded in 2011. The new transformed entity was set up in 2018 by Stathis Efstathiou, a recognized and reputable professional with more than 25 years of relevant experience, having assembled together a team of experts with diverse skills and specialized knowledge.

Stathis Efstathiou
Founder & Managing Director
Stathis is a senior executive with more than 25 years of progressive professional experience. He co-managed (co-CEO) the family office of an ultra HNWI for several years. Before that, Stathis held an Executive Directorship position with an international Big4 firm where he consistently received awards (such as “Outstanding Performer”) for professional achievements. Over the last few years, he has been heavily involved in asset safeguarding, succession planning, and wealth preservation via material acquisitions of direct Private Equity investments, including but not limited to Real Estate, Technology, and Biotech, with an active directorship role following such investment participations. Stathis has also handled non-domicile tax structuring for UHNWIs – for some of whom he is acting as professional Trustee.
He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holder (with Distinction) of the Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy (PGDipFS) of the University of Oxford (Said Business School) with emphasis on Company and Investment Valuations, Merger and Acquisitions, and Business Strategy, a holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA), he is an affiliate Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT) via the completion of the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) and a graduate of LEAD professional program of Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He holds the Advanced Certificate in Financial Services Regulatory Framework issued by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and also attended the in-house professional program in Private Equity and Venture Capital of Harvard Business School.
Georgios Papastylianou
Head of Corporate Finance and Investment Management
George is a senior finance professional with more than 20 years of experience. Before joining Allegiance he was acting as an Executive Director of a family office of a UHNWI, which proceeded a previous post as a Group Chief Risk Management and Compliance Officer at a major international Real Estate group. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at a Big4 firm where he last held the position of a Senior Manager. George has developed a specialisation in financial analysis, financial due diligence, and investment management.
He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), full member of the Institute of the Internal Auditors in the USA (CIA), holder of a Postgraduate Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Kent, as well as holder of a Bachelor of Arts (honors) in Accounting Finance and Management Science at the University of Kent.
Eleftherios Adamides
Commercial Real Estate & Due Diligence Division
Eleftherios has more than twenty years of international and domestic professional experience in the areas of real estate, finance and entrepreneurship. He has worked in the Pan-European Real Estate division of Deutsche Bank (London), and in the Debt-Financed Acquisitions / Securitisation division of a niche real estate fund owned by Goldman Sachs and K.K.R. (London). He holds a BSc (First-Class Honours) in Business Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia, an MPhil in finance from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
Dr. Angelos Vouldis
Performance Improvement & Business Strategy Division
Angelos is the founder of various successful start-ups. He is also involved in numerous projects that deal with business rebranding and performance improvement, and holds non-executive directorship positions in successful corporations. Angelos is also an academic (visiting lecturer) at a number of local and international universities in the areas of Business Strategy and Innovation, as well as an editorial member of the Electronic Journal of Knowledge Management and the Journal of Organisational Studies and Innovation (JOSI). He holds a PhD in Strategic Planning (Middlesex University), a Master’s degree in Business Management and Operations (University of Patra), a Microsoft’s Master Instructor and Microsoft Office Specialist Expert qualification, and a BSc in Business Management and Operations (University of Patra).
